RE: Jaws 5 for msn messenger and skype

hi. One slight thing, I believe the last supported version of msn messenger that you can use with JAWS 5.0 or 5.1 is msn messenger 6.0. It's available out there, but I don't know if you can still actually use it. To upgrade to a later version of msn, or windows live messenger as it's now known, you'll either need to use another screenreader, or upgrade to JAWS 7 or 8.

This works with the Microsoft pass port system which is the same system being used by msn messenger or windows live messenger. Skype should work fine with jaws 5.0 all versions. Hello Everybody,
I'm doing this for a friend of mine ,so I can forward her the information from you. She have jaws 5 and she download msn messenger 7.0 or 8.0 and skype version 3.1 and her jaws and braille display is not working by jaws not saying anything.Do you know what she need to do? Do you think jaws 5 doesn't support msn messenger 7.0 or 8.0 and skype version 3.1? The answer will be appreciate if you could help my friend.
