  In reading over the message below I realized  I maid  a error.  The list
windows command is jaws key f10 not windows f10.  I also 
made an assumption that the user in question new where the jaws key was.
The jaws key generally is the insert key if you are using 
the desktop layout.

  Another helpful command is control h this is a toggle to hide show off
line contacts. If your friend has not authorized you yet 
yahoo will consider him to be off line and there for will not show up.

  Hope this helps. I noted that you added me to Skype so once again you may
Skype me and I will be glad to walk you through it.  Be 
warned though I have a hearing problem myself so be ready to do some
repeating.

  When I add a contact my yahoo messenger only goes away once.  When it does
I use the jaws list windows command windows f10 as I 
document in the steps I provided on this subject to get it to come back.

then press enter ,the window disappear everytime when I press alt tab and it
continue disappear when I alt tab to get back to yahoo

messenger wouldn't stay right there for me to finished

    1.        From the main yahoo messenger window I press control shift a.

    The following dialog comes up.

    2.     So in the first edit box I type in the id then I press tab.

    3.    So now I select the network I want

    5.    then press tab to the next button. Pres  space

    Add to Messenger List

    Choose or enter a Messenger List group for ebonygold@xxxxxxx:

    Friends

    A message will be sent asking this person to approve your request to add

    him or her to your Messenger List.

    Enter a brief introduction (optional):

    Send your name with this request as:

    < Back Next > Cancel

    7.     I tab to the group combo  box and make sure they will be added to
the group I want.

    8.     I then tab to the edit box where I give them a little information
about me.

    9.    I tab to the next button and press space.

    10. Now here is where you have to be creative.  Press jaws key f10 this
brings up the windows list.



    Arrow down to the Add to Messenger List   Restored option and press
enter.

    12 press the space bar on finish.  All done

    Hello Everybody,

    I'm still having problem add id in contact list ,I press shift + ctrl +a
for apple ,jaws say type in the id or e-mail address 
,so I put in the name of my friend id and after i put in id then I press
enter ,then jaws say next greater button then I press the 
spacebar,the window disappear ,I had to alt tab to get back to the window
and the next thing the window disappear again ,then I 
press alt tab to get back to the window  and it disappear agin. I haven't
finished with the add contact then I press window + m for 
mary,then hit the letter y for yahoo messenger ,then window didn't come on
til I press alt tab and jaws say add a contact then I tab 
to finish and my friend id didn't added in the contact list. I need some
help from somebody and I wish somebody call me or you can 
give me your phone number,I will be glad to call you to see if you can help
me with this matter. I really appreciate if someone help 
me.
