well try uninstalling jaws and go on fs site and under older versions you may find an older build of 11 than install it and then check for updates hope this helps

    Tracy, you need to go into the default configuration in
    configuration manager, chose research it from the settings menu,
    and check the new items, or they won't appear in the list.

    Good morning list,
    I have installed Jaws 11.0.756 4 times but I still only have 6
    items in the Research It.  I am running Windows XP Home.  Is there
    anything else I can do to fix this problem?
