How do you get to the research it?
When I go into my config with the incert6, I have 17 items checked, but when I
try the incert/space, it just makes a sound.
How do you use the thing?

It worked! Apparently the additional items had not stayed checked. I
checked them again and now their available.
Now, how do I do a currency conversion?

Tracy, you need to go into the default configuration in configuration
manager, chose research it from the settings menu, and check the new items, or
they won't appear in the list.

I have installed Jaws 11.0.756 4 times but I still only have 6 items in
the Research It. I am running Windows XP Home. Is there anything else I can
