Tracy, to convert currency, in the field you need to put the amount to convert 
followed by a space followed by the currency code to convert from followed by a 
space followed by the currency code to convert to.

Hi Alex, 

It worked!  Apparently the additional items had not stayed checked.  I checked 
them again and now their available. 

Now, how do I do a currency conversion?

    Tracy, you need to go into the default configuration in configuration 
manager, chose research it from the settings menu, and check the new items, or 
they won't appear in the list.

    I have installed Jaws 11.0.756 4 times but I still only have 6 items in the 
Research It.  I am running Windows XP Home.  Is there anything else I can do to 
fix this problem?
