Another lister already suggested the JAWS options/global voices adjustment 
setting. If that doesn't work, or you've already tried it, the punctuation 
level might, instead, be dictated by your synthesizer. You don't specify which 
synthesizer you use. I can't remember exactly where the synthesizer controls 
are to be found, except they're somewhere in that same configuration manager.

Hi friends,

i like to have all punctuation spoken, can anyone tell me how to do this in 
JAWS 10 please? I went in to the configuration manager, punctuation and there 
seems to be an all profile which I selected but it didn't seem to work.
