Have you tried typing in forms mode into a text box or field on the internet,
the kind of thing that you might do undder "contact"? I had instances of
dropped letters or characters while using Jaws 8 and I.E. 7.

Linda,

I know each to there own, and all computers are different. I had more problems
with IE 6 crashing on this system than I have IE 7. However, as I said each
computer is different. Just my 2 scents lol.

  Hi Listers,

Here's a comment on IE 7. My son-in-law is a computer gooroo who works for a
large automotive group in Colorado. He always has the latest and greatest
stuff. So, you can imagine my surprise when he was doing some work on my
computer when I was visiting out there, he told me not to load IE 7 yet because
it has some problems and crashes some systems. So, maybe Jaws isn't to blame
for all the problems some people are having with IE 7.

After reading the emails about Jaws 8, I am going to wait for a while to
upgrade. I don't have the money now and I think I will wait until some of the
bugs are worked out. I just upgraded to 7.45 a few weeks ago. I so appreciate
all the information I have gained and the tricks I have learned from this list.
Thanks to all of you. I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Linda Y
