You could go in to your profile, change your password to a temporary
password, which you could then give to the FS Tech Support Agent, so they
could try and diagnose the problem.

When they have finished, go back to your profile and change the password
back to the original password, if you so wish.

What is a little inconvenience, if by putting up with a little
inconvenience, you get your problem solved.

A little bit of imagination and initiative, that is all it takes.

Sorry to say, the above mentioned commodities are severely lacking today!
