Hi, I've tried looking through the toolbars using control-tab, but these buttons do not appear to be there. They are right by the To and CC buttons that you can get to by tabbing when in a message that one is editing to send. There is also a Send button right in this area. I use the keyboard combo of control-enter to send a message and don't know if that's a JAWS or Outlook command and, if it's JAWS, how one could ask that Freedom Scientific add a command for accessing the Accounts button. On a different note, I apologize for the two similar messages about Facebook that arrived on the list one after another. There was a problem with mail getting delivered to some e-mail addresses because of a change of servers at my workplace, but I wasn't aware that this was wy my message had not reached the list when I sent the second one. I thought the default might be that I didn't get a copy of messages I posted to the list so I thought people just weren't responding because I hadn't been clear or this seemed like old territory to everyone. Sorry! You hit alt to take you to the menu bar and control-tab takes you down one row of the tool bar each time you use it. You might try to see if this takes you down to the buttons. _____ From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Jana Schroeder Sent: Friday, December 19, 2008 8:49 PM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Buttons in Outlook Hello, I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003. When creating a new message, replying or forwarding, there are three buttons right above the To and CC buttons labeled, Send, Accounts and Options. Does anyone know if there is an easy way to activate the Accounts and options buttons? I have a home and a work e-mail account, and I would like to send some of my messages from one address and some from the other. The Options button includes things like being able to set the priority and sensitivity level of the message and being able to request a delivery and/or read receipt. The only way I know to access these buttons now is to turn on the jAWS cursor, arrow up to the word Accounts or the word options and Route PC to JAWS. This is a pain and means I end up using my work e-mail address, which is the default, for messages I'd prefer to send from my home address. Thanks, Jana
