Great.  This is what I needed to know.  I now have the accounts list on the
toolbar I can access via the normal method.  Thanks,

Try this, Jana.

In Outlook, while in the inbox message list, go to tools--alt-t, arrow up to
options and enter.

Control-tab to 'format options'

Uncheck 'use Word as the e-mail editor.'

You should then have the Outlook menus instead of Words menus.
