I realize this isn't what is being sought, but if your client can use
the Web, I would recommend an online dictionary such as dictionary.com
(a bunch of dictionaryies) or the unabridged www.m-w.com. For a niminal
fee, you get the latest, up-to-date dictionaries plus a plethora of
other features. The currentness (new word) alone, in my opinion, makes
this option preferable.
