[jawsscripts] creating a keyboard map for an application (keyboard manager in jaws)

Hi,
I want to create a keyboard map for notepad, to start experimenting with
scripting. When I press CTRL-N in the keyboard manager the application isn't
listed. What does the keyboard manager look for, when assembling the list of
applications?
