Hey, Jim--u don't tell us much, u know? Like--what version of Windows,
what version of Jaws, do u have other versions of jaws installed, is
your version of Jaws designed to work w/outlook 2013 (i.e., I've got
Jaws 13, & it likely won't). Also, are u running from an admin or a
limited user account?

in the Manage Application settings jaws dialog, Outlook 2013 is unchecked,
which would make sense. When I chedck that, and click ok, then go back in
there immediately, it is unchecked again. It won't stay checked.
Does anybody have any idea what could lead to that?
The jsb file does exist.
