But, Jonathan, to my understanding of what you've written, re bug in the
actual manage applications utility,
(which is bad enough anyway, and if you know about it, do they?)
Would that explain why the Scripts are never running for Jim though?
I.e. does the utility "thinking" that the application scripts are disabled,
actually translate into not permitting the associated scripts to be
enabled/run?
and, if so, which .jcf would one locate this setting to tweak manually?
I've just had a stroll through my user default.jcf, where i would've
expected it should show up, and I could see nothing in there myself about
this?

Yes, there is a bug in that JAWS utility, when there is a space in the
config name it always thinks the configuration is disabled. You can look
at the .jcf file to see the real status.

Hey Guys,
I realize this isn't the FS support line. But, I'm looking for a decent
answer.

My outlook 2013 scritps are not running for some reason.

in the Manage Application settings jaws dialog, Outlook 2013 is
unchecked,
which would make sense. When I chedck that, and click ok, then go back in
there immediately, it is unchecked again. It won't stay checked.

Does anybody have any idea what could lead to that?

The jsb file does exist.
