Hi Darran,
I had exactly the same problem on a machine (Win XP) when I installed Jaws
5.1 for the first time - you can't access Help using any method. But I
still had Jaws 4.5 running as well and I decided to uninstall that and then
try again, then the Help worked OK. I assumed that was the problem,
although it's a shame as I'd still like to have 4.5 available sometimes.
Have you still got 4.5 running as well?

My problem with the Help feature is that absolutely nothing happens when I enter on Help from the options. Its as if I didn't select and enter on anything. The desktop remains the only thing showing.
Also, the information to operate and handle multi-select lists within an Extended List Box didn't work.
I followed your directions to the letter, but the list remained closed and inaccessible.
I'm getting pretty ticked off with dear old JAWS at the mo. I realise there
could be a multitude of reasons why these things aren't working, at the
minute I've just decided its all the fault of JAWS!
