Hi Darran,
Did you hit the F6 key after hitting enter? Do that, and you might then
be able to read the text pane in the JAWS help.
Now, for the multi-select combo box issue. To make multiple selections
in a multi select combo box, get the cursor on
the combo box, then go into forms mode with the enter key and then do a
shift key with F8 to go into extended select mode.
Now as you up and down arrow, use the space bar to select or unselect an
item. When you are finished, use shift key plus F8 again to get out of
extended select mode. You can now tab to the go button or next form
field

Hi List.
I'm trying to get some help from JAWS 5.1, but each time I try, nothing
at
all happens! I've tried doing it with Insert J and through the System
Tray,
both have failed.
I arrow my way to the particular help I'm after, Keyboard Commands in
this
case, but after I hit enter on that topic, nothing appears. The same
happened when I tried the general JAWS Help Topics option as well.
Advice gratefully received, and as I can't find the answers I'm looking
for
from JAWS, here's the other question I need answered.
Could someone pleas let me have the keystrokes needed to operate an
Extended
List Box.
I need to select several options from several of these list boxes and
I'm
having a real hard time trying to access the relevant info.
