[jaws-uk] Trouble Accessing Help in 5.1

Hi List.

I'm trying to get some help from JAWS 5.1, but each time I try, nothing at 
all happens! I've tried doing it with Insert J and through the System Tray, 
both have failed.

I arrow my way to the particular help I'm after, Keyboard Commands in this 
case, but after I hit enter on that topic, nothing appears. The same 
happened when I tried the general JAWS Help Topics option as well.

Advice gratefully received, and as I can't find the answers I'm looking for 
from JAWS, here's the other question I need answered.

Could someone pleas let me have the keystrokes needed to operate an Extended 
List Box.

I need to select several options from several of these list boxes and I'm 
having a real hard time trying to access the relevant info.
