Thanks Sue. In regards to the question about the list of contacts deleting after trying to delete just 1, I was a little surprise it happened because I had someone with sight observing and they could see that only 1 contact was highlighted at the time. I do have another question on another subject, if row and column titles were define for a table before the file was saved , the manual states that JAWS will treat the row that was define as the heading in any table in document 1 as the heading row. Is there a way to remove the setting so that this does not happen for all tables created in doc 1 or 2? The answer to that question depends on if you've been backing up your speech files and J-Say settings regularly. If so, you can restore them and that should fix it. Before doing that however, you might want to restart J-Say or, better yet, restart your computer. There's no reason removing one contact should remove all of them. Snip: is there a way to edit an email address for a shortcut that was stored? SM: Just resave the contact and give it the same name but with the correct email address. It will replace the old with the new. Second, as I tried to delete a shortcut using the command "select a contact to delete", then selecting the contact from the list then confirm, the entire list was deleted, Not sure why this happened, but is there a way to restore this list? Finally, is there a way to edit an email address for a shortcut that was stored? Thanks for all your assistance. Sandy
