Are the USB devices connected to the same sockets as before? I suspect you are seeing an interaction with another USB device. Assuming the mouse is connected directly to the Iyonix rather than a hub, try swapping the mouse plug with whatever is in the adjacent socket. This should move the mouse to the other bus. If that doesn't help then you could run !USBKick in your boot sequence (after !HID) which should resolve the problem.
