No, please don't, even then.   Posting etiquette gives you
a couple of choices:

- Just quote what's relevant, even if it's really short, to give
context.

- Don't quote any of it, but provide a short summary in your own

Ideally respond to the OP, where the original question was asked,
not some reply which was leading on to another topic. And certainly
don't quite signatures.  Your mail client should trim
them in any case.   Clarity is everything when it comes to mail.

You should be able to move the graphics card in this case, but even
without that, from memory, it'll still fit.  You might have problems
if you have several large PCI cards in all the slots.
