Odd. Never noticed that here!
... but while experimenting with the keys below, it DID happen!

Odd. There is nothing I can see in the code to do that!
Which is why it is not documented ... But it does, I can see!
Ctrl-PgDn also does Scroll Down Small.
May have a closer look sometime. I suspect it is a side effect of a
loophole in the keys parsing stuff. May even be in some code that I
added, who knows.
