need help

hi,
I have installed ISA server 2004 on windows 2003. I have two external
networks and one internal. I did so to route the traffic between the
external networks. I made a route rule between the exteral interfaces. but
the server is still use one of the external interfaces. is there any way
to destribute the load between the external interfaces. my email is
