need help

Hi,
i have exchange behind isa 2000, and in the isa server
a have two network card one for internal range and the
second for the external ,the isa is intalled on member
server,in the ithe network card of isa ( internal
range ) i puted just the internal ip address and the
subnet musk and in the second network card i puted the
fixed ip and the gateway of the router and the dns of
the isp , when i want to give access in isa server to
the isa group i can`t sea the entire domains i sea
just the isa local group , i puted the dns of my
domain controller in the first network card then i sea
the domain and i selected the user , but the exchange
stop sending to isa can you help me please .
