The tracert command will show the lag times for each hop in making the
connection.
Many times slow response time doesn't have anything to do with traffic to your
connection. It may be something on the ISP's or another ISP's network.

i am using broadband satellite for downlink and normal
dial-up for upload......
the downlink company says its ur upload problem ...
thats wht i wanna know how to check if my dial up is
uploading rightly or not
