1) Your HELO does not match the server you are telling us to test. You have
a problem. You are telling use to try to telnet to mail.networkblade.com
(which I did successfully for about 30 seconds) but the HELO that is
received is www.networkblade.com.
2) Your MX record is correct in that that is what your server is saying its
name is.
3) Is your cable connection a business or residential line?
