Hi Kelli, You can do this with Timbuktu, but I believe you need licenses on both the home computers and the work computers. Someone mentioned VNC, which is a nice freeware application that may fit your requirements. Both VNC and Timbuktu require that you create a VPN connection between the user at home and your ISA Server. Once the VPN connection is established, they will be able to connect using their remote control applications.
