Hi Ed, I've been very impressed with WebEx when connecting to other people and doing the desktop sharing thing. I have no idea how expensive it is, but I've seen their TV commericals, so they must be charging a premium for those ;-) Thanks! There is a question I posted from 2000 still floating about on a VNC support forum that was never answered, and to this day I still get emails from people having the same problem asking me if a solution was found. The original problem had to do with remote connections not occurring, with an obscure undocumented error message. This failed connect cost us a client sale (since they could not connect) and from that point we decided to use Webex. They have been around for awhile, and their product really works well. Easy to define for use in ISA too. What you need to do is just configure ISA as VPN server. If you want your people have GUI interface access, VPN plus VNC is a good solution. I am relatively new at working with networks. I am sort of learning on the job. We have a relatively simple network behind an ISA Server. We have static external IPs as we host our Website and also maintain our own Exchange Server. Here is my problem. My boss wants everyone to be able to access their PCs from home and other places via the Internet. What is the best way to do this when they are all behind ISA? We have Timbuktu.
