Alexandre, I think you read too much into his post.
1. No ISP is going to be using a firewall, let alone ISA server, to have
their client behind it. They use something much simpler called routers.
2. If an ISP had a purpose to use a firewall, and ISA server at that, to
protect their clients, that ISP is going to be extremely specialized serving
maybe schools or such in which case they would indeed want to block stuff.
3. Yes, I read the non-english as first language in his post. Here, let me
translate it for you into English: "I want to allow Kaaza and other such
programs to and from my internet connection. Please tell me how to do this."
4. My point stands, the use of programs such as Kaaza and using firewalls
such as ISA server are mutually exclusive based on their intended purpose
and design.
