Peer-to-Peer services like you list and full feature firewalls are generally
speaking mutually exclusive.

Peer-to-Peer services are specifically designed to enable and promote the
free exchange of information including information that should not be
exchanged.

In other words, Peer-to-Peer services have no place in an enterprise and are
considered malicious and undesired.
