ISA and OWA

I am having a problem with OWA. I am in a multi domain environment.  I
have a front/back Exchange 2000.  When even my users try to logoff OWA
they are prompted for a use name, password and domain.  I have been on
the phone with MS ISA and Exchange group, but the problem still
continues.  Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.
