Check these details out:
1.) SSL Certificate properly exported from IIS machine, and properly
imported into ISA machine.
2.) On "Incoming Web Requests" tab of server properties (right-click on
server in ISA console, select properties);
        a.) Is "Enable SSL Listeners" box checked.
        b.) In the properties for the listener (select the listener in the
list and hit "Edit" button);
                1.) Verify that the "Use a server certificate to
authenticate ..." is checked.
                2.) Verify that the proper certificate is listed in the
blank,
                3.) If not, Use the "Select" button to choose it (assuming
it was imported properly).

I found these things to be the main points of failure in SSL & OWA setups
when I have fixed them for customers.

Https works only if you type https://server_name <https://server_name/> .
It does not work when you type https://site.domain.com/exchange or
https://mail.domain.com. I think the ISA is not allowing secure connection.
I have been on the phone with MS an still no success.
