Dear Dr. Tom. You seem not to understand the situation here. The Infamous
Andrew English thinks and believes outside of the norm and does not follow
nor acknowledge standard professional practices including official documents
and policies. This has been proven by his attacks on a high ranking member
of the ISA Server team at Microsoft, claiming in so many words that he is
more knowledgeable on ISA Server than the stated Microsoft ISA Server high
ranking team member.

I truly think this is a case the requires personal intervention, and I
hereby request and behoove you to personally intervene in this issue using
your honorable and trusted credentials from which your professional title is
obtained in helping the Infamous Andrew English in his search for knowledge
and wisdom. Why, with the advances in Neurological medicine, I am sure you
can provide the professional assistance that some one in the Infamous Andrew
English's position can utilize.

I will now pass around the honored hat to take up a collection from those
who are aware of this situation so as to help provide the economic resources
for your professional services in this most important endeavor.
