[Ilugc] Why do they recommend IE for some sites

which bank is that ? can u disclose ?
Since I am not defaming the bank, I guess I can. State Bank of India
allows usage on GNU/Linux with Firefox (and other Gecko based
browsers, like Epiphany). I cannot say for sure about Konqueror, since
I haven't tried it.
