Last Friday, Jul 22 2005, i have taken a session on gnu/linux at
Velammal Engg. College, Chennai for their ECE third year students.
Around 120 students have participated. It lasted for 1hr.
It was all about the following:
1) Why GNU/Linux ?
2) GNU/Linux for Engineers
3) Info about various GNU/Linux distributions
4) Intro about Perl/PHP scripting
5) Q/A
