While I agree with most of your points I disagree with the above. Just
as there are dumb technical people all non tech people are not dumb! I
have seen many so called techies accusing the non techies (aka
business, marketing...) as dumb in order to hide their own
incapabilities.
To make a living writing code one should learn to satisfy the customer.
