[Ilugc] In PDF showing only Black boxes instead of images

If you are not sure where the problem is then use firefox/chrome's pdf
reader plugin (built in) or acroread (from Adobe) to open the file.
I tried with xpdf too. Result is same. With chome it perfectly ok. I
tried save/print options from there. But it could not give the
solution.
Is that a problem with the file? I have shared the link in first mail.
