have yearly GLV programmes. The material would be available online ,
hence the speaker can be replaced (if the original speaker is
un-available) too. This way we could start off GLV every MAY-JUNE
(vacation time) and wind it up by NOV-DEC (before the final exams).
This would we could have our own GNU/Linux Training programme which
will be conducted in a fully open manner.
Also, if such a thing is done, all members of ilugc can themselves
handle some GLV sessions around the year, may be in schools and other
local locations anywhere in India. Thus ilugc can become much more
active and its scope wide spread rather than a few LDDs and occasional
'outside' GLVs. :)
