I don't know how many LUG members actually announce
LUG meetings or other events at work, in your office.
This is the simplest thing you can do to contribute to
the community, create more awareness and invite more
members.
You can simply send an e-mail to your office employees
announcing about the meeting, venue etc. everytime
there is a meet. You can also put up a poster in
bulletin boards in the office for others to see. Or if
you have a forum running in the LAN, you can post the
same too.
