Audio would be effective in linux advocacy, but when it goes technical,
I believe audio broadcasts would not serve the purpose.
ilugc meetings are composed of two parts,
* the technical talks
* the discussions after the talks
We can concentrate on the second point while creating the podcast.
The discussion usually lasts 15-20 minutes, this should be enough for a
podcast ogg/mp3 file.
The file can be around 8-10 MB so that even the dial-up ilugc members
can download it.
