You can select part, RMB then Edit Part
Here you can edit pins names and numbers.
Edited part stays in your Design Cache with its original name plus ...._0 etc.

Never had to do this but, I used the nand gate from orcad library. The power
and gnd pins are hidden and are hooked to VCC and Gnd. I would like to change
VCC net to something else, can i do this without building another part?
