Hi George,

I loaded 15.7, and don't see it any different than in 15.2.  Unless I missed
something...but the spreadsheet only allows me to use "Electrical Constraint
Sets", not any of the "Constraint Sets" that are setup in
"Physical(Lines/Vias) Rule Set" "Set values...".
