Austin,

Yes the world changes with 16.xx they have implemented net_classes. It
looks really slick much more configurable can't wait to get in there and
start hacking away.

Hi Gerry,

It looks like the break is between 15.7 and 16.xx when they "updated"
this
to allow CM to do this on a layer by layer basis (or to be able to
assign
physical constraints in CM)?
