It, the Constraint Manager that is, seems very good, and allows me to
specify, in a very simple manner, all the rules I can think of needing for
my designs.

Dave and I are acquainted...though he is reasonably objective  in my
experience with him, I was hoping for an even more objective opinion ;-)
