Hi Larry:
It's there in audible download manager and audible manager. Go to the device
menu in audible manager, and choose LevelStar devices. Next, plug your Icon in
in disk drive mode, and the audible.com software should recognize it. Audible
books go into the audible folder in the root of the hard drive, not the import
folder.

I went to the add device menu and checked the list in Audible manager as per
the help instructions and there is no levelstar or braille plus device. Any
help would be appreciated.
