Hi Ian,

A little late, I know, I guess forgetting to reply is a downside to having all a day's mail list activity in 1 message. But here are my feature requests:

1. Capturing/controlling/charming/etc of enemy and neutral units and structures to turn them to your team. Ideally, it could be done as a skill flag for permenant control, or an effect flag for time limited control. Having the AI able to use it would be pretty cool and I think it's been requested in different vains several times to boot. A victory/defeat condition to accompany would be neat, too. 2. Skill immunity: Either as a unit flag as a comma-delimited list of skills the unit is immune to, or on the skill side as a list of units that skill can't be used on, depends what people would think is better. i.e making a door immune to capturing skills or poison-type attacks, having space-fighter craft be immune to the main cannons of larger ships, etc. It might have saved me making a few different versions of health. That in itself comes with bonuses, true, but there might be scenarios where immunity and just being told "you cannot force choke the wall" might help. 3. Team names: Maybe on a map by map basis is best (therefore the default maps file could be used). i.e team1_name=Rebel, team2_name=Imperial. This would replace the 'good' and 'evil' used currently. If nothing's entered, it reverts to the default 'neutral' 'good' and 'evil'.

All this is assuming team wide points are likely to appear in the future, if not I might sub out one of mine for that. I can see some inventive stuff being done with team wide points... I hope anyway.

Ok, I'm done for now. Nice work on everything Ian, I haven't tried out the new version yet so I'll get grabbing that now.

All the best,

Craig
