Hello, It is nothe little bet tab the one that you have to move (actually it
does not move, you press it on the bent part to close the diaphragm to
preview depth of field.

As Q.G mentioned, you should press the tab with the serrated top (next to
the bent tab) towards the camera. It is like if you were going to separate
the shutter speed ring from the aperture ring. Then you can move one from
the other
