I like HaiLo. It's short, it has a nice ring to it, yet it's still
distinctive enough so that when you are in need to troubleshoot it using
Google, something relevant will come up.
I agree with cran that the name of the application and its description
should be two separate things.
The description should be an attribute, or at least lets you adjust it for
several languages. The name itself would be universal.
Take note of KDE that allowed you to setup the menus with one of several
choices: 1) "Name of the app" [as is usual elsewhere], 2) "Name of the app
(plus a description in parentheses)", and 3) "Only Description of the App".
I say 'allowed' in past tense, because this was under KDE3, I am not so sure
if KDE4 still lets you do that.
I believe GNOME does not give you those kind of choices.
Most package managers have separate entries for both the name of the
application and a description of it, too.
In any case, I agree that the name of the app and its description should be
separate, and I also like the name HaiLo.
