For what it is worth, my opinion on this is that such simple changes should not require that something be labeled a "distro." In fact, I would suggest that all effort be made to integrate any of these into Haiku itself. Why wouldn't we ask the user what they would like when installing? I think the approach used in Ubuntu is good for this (choose your language, time zone, key map, etc.) Ryan
