This is one thing I'm very interested in, I've been working and using the
ZETA mimetype file (basemimes) as a base to create the IconTheme,
understanding how this is done in Haiku would be very interesting. In ZETA
the bin 'IconTool' and setmime can be used to add the icons to a
mimetype/file, with loadicon from michael's TrackerNewFS you can do this
also. In that way one could make a script to set the mime types all in once
and restart the Tracker and (if needed) the Deskbar.

I've been looking for a file used like in ZETA (basemimes) but appareantly
there isn't one used in Haiku to set the mime types like those ... so any
info on that matter would be nice too.

See above .... working/changing the IconTheme for a whole system would be
easier if done in one script then seperate for all the mimeypes (deppendign
on how large you want to set a IconTheme - a base one coule be done with
about 15 icons)(could be easier also to share themes that way so others could
use them aswell).
