I'm not sure. I know François Revol has done some work in that area,
at least for Zeta.

Anything is possible, but in general I don't think Haiku wants to go
in the direction of full skinning like in GTK or Qt. At least for now
I think we should focus on making the default Haiku skin look good and
just have the colors customizable.
